Commercial Water Damage Cleanup in Charlottesville

This office here in Charlottesville was affected by water damage in June of 2018.  Ironically, it was right in the midst of the major storm event Charlottesville was experiencing however, it was not flood water.  Notice the discoloration and the glare that is reflecting from the carpet because of how saturated it is.  With how much water this carpet is holding, it would not be able to dry without having the majority of the water extracted and it would quickly begin to develop microbial growth.  Baseboards were also removed because the water wicked up the wall and the baseboards can prolong our equipment being able to pull the moisture out.
