Flooded Warehouse in Charlottesville
On March 3rd 2017 at 6:53 a.m. we received an emergency call for a water loss at a commercial building here in Charlottesville. The damage was caused by a pipe in the ceiling of the office that had busted overnight. Due to the large amount of water that spewed out from the pipe, water had made its way through the office and into the warehouse. Because this was a garage area and only the concrete floors had been affected, our technicians shifted contents and extracted the floor. Then employers of Jaunt left the garage door open to help remove some of the humidity in the air while the techs continued to set up equipment in other areas of the building where air movers and dehumidifiers were essential for proper dry out of the structure.
