Commercial Water Damage in Charlottesville

This commercial building had a pipe bust after the business closed for the day.  Employees returned to work the next day to find standing water throughout the hallway and in several of the rooms.  Notice how distinct the ceiling lights reflect on the floor in the before photo compared to the after photo because of the standing water that was there.  The first step was to remove all of the standing water by extracting it with our truck mount and then our emergency response crew set up drying equipment for water that had soaked into the structure.  The after photo was taken a few days later once all of the drying had been complete.
