Pipe Burst in the Ceiling of a Charlottesville Home

While this homeowner was out of town, a pipe burst in their ceiling. The resulting leak caused the ceiling in the living room to collapse as well as additional damage in the floors of the upper level. Our teams were onsite soon after it was discovered to remove debris, extract the water, and dry the affected flooring and walls. 

The before photo shows the ceiling collapsed and some of the affected furniture.

The after photos shows the clean room as well as the cuts that our team made to the walls to allow air flow so that the wall cavities would be able to dry.
