Bathroom Affected from Busted Pipe in Cville

This bathroom was affect from quest pipe that had busted in the wall overnight. Employees arrived in the morning to saturated carpets all throughout the office.  Closer to the source, they found the walls and ceiling had been affected as well.  In this photo you can see several affects from the water.  The saturated insulation you see on the floor had fallen along with a few ceiling tiles that crumbled into pieces because of the water.  You will also notice the paint on the wall looks rippled.  This is caused when water pushes in from the back side of the drywall and tries to come out through the painted side.  The paint coating on the wall gets pushed off of the drywall causing what we call a bubbling affect.  Once the ceiling tiles and insulation had fallen water continued to spray into the bathroom.  You can see the toilet paper roll is soaked as well.
