Keswick Crawlspace Flooded with Water

During a recent storm, water was running off the roof and flooding the crawlspace of this Keswick home. The homeowner was concerned about the impact that the humidity may have on the hardwood floors directly above this crawlspace. Our team was out to the home while it was still raining to begin extraction and to place dehumidifiers to save the hardwood floors. Pictured, you can see the water and mud that was washed in with the storm. The after picture shows the same space after the water was extracted and an anti-microbial spray was applied to prevent mold or other growth in the affected area.
