Commercial Water Damage From Frozen Pipes

Here is another before and after taken from the doctors office that our franchise preformed water mitigation services to in January of 2018.  

You will notice that there is blown in insulation and broken ceiling tiles all over the floor which was a result of water saturating both the insulation and the ceiling tiles until the tiles could no longer support the weight and collapsed.  As you can imagine, it would not be a good idea to set up our industrial grade air movers and dehumidifiers in this space until all of that fallen debris had been cleaned up.  Fallen ceilings is a common scenario in our line of work which is why our crews are not only specialized in the remediation of water damage but in the cleanup of it as well.

In addition to removal of all the fallen debris, our crews also did 2 foot flood cuts and removal of the flooring due to trapped moisture.
